COMING SOON ?

What does Coming Soon mean? Can I view it?

Tips for getting accepted contract??

Coming soon status on listings for sale is a reletively newer concept. This allows the seller to finish final touches on their home, begin marketing the home to let prospective buyers know details, view photos, and make plans to view the home. The home cannot be shown during this time period and typically the date of avaliability for viewing/receiving offers is published. Often times showings will begin at the first open house. If multiple offers are anticipated, often the seller will elect to review all offers at a future date.

* TL/DR - Coming soon homes will be listed soon. They cannot be viewed until the offical active date.
